On March 26, 2016, we performed in the second part of pianist François Rollin’s concert at the Fraternelle of Saint Claude, a place for cultural exchange in this town and the region of Jura. This date was a very special moment for me. My father, Yannick, had been in the hospital for a few days in the intensive care unit; my brother and my sisters were joining my mother and me in Besançon to see him and we were all hoping for his recovery, despite the very difficult years he had already had to face. I saw him for the last time the Thursday before our concert. The evening at the Fraternelle was for me an ecstatic moment, like an elegy in homage to my Dad, despite the fact that he was still alive at this precise moment.
